Troubleshoot missing TV/Radio channels

If you're having trouble accessing channels when using the radio/TV or relax app, try the following steps:


  1. Confirm with your manager that channels are available for your account.
  2. Press and hold the icon of the app for three seconds to access the sub menu for channels.
  3. Look for a channel with a cross through the icon and click on it.
  4. Ensure that the availability mode is selected and not set to position.
