Some radio channels are inoperative while others are functioning.
The URL to the radio channel may have been altered. Generally, the latest link can be found online. To add the link to the management software, open the Server manager. Then, choose Applications > Radio and click on the icon for three seconds. All the radio channels will become visible. Select the channel that isn't working and click Edit. Then, paste the new URL into the link box. Try out the channel on the user screen. If there is no functional URL for the radio channel, delete it from the list.
None of the radio stations are functioning.
If there are radio channels available on the media wall, but there is no audio playing when a channel is selected, an issue with the network connection may be present. Please wait and try again later. If the situation persists, contact the ICT helpdesk to inquire about any potential internet connection issues.
